Country Sports is a traditional team building event format which includes Archery, Laser Clay Shooting, Quad Bikes, Segways and other activities. For the more adventurous we can even bring along Cannon Firing!

Duck Herding and Falconry are options and give a break from all the action. In addition both of these activities deliver interesting behavioural insights; you will be amazed at how many similarities there are between herding sheep and management. Sheep, for example, will read the dog that is trying to control them. If it drops its tail credibility is instantly lost and the dog will lose control of the herd. The livestock options are fascinating and very different.

The typical format is to divide a group into teams and give a selection of activities. Some of these activities lend themselves better to larger teams than others, and in some cases we can just bring along the one activity to entertain a larger group which helps if time or budget is limited. We have plenty of experience and can advise you of the most suitable choices.
