Christchurch Treasure Hunt

This week we ran a Treasure Hunt for a local company and chose Christchurch as the best location. Most of our events are in London or in other cities such as Birmingham, so it was unusual to have something closer to home.

Christchurch is full of history with a Priory and the remains of an old Norman Castle. There is a lovely quay on the edge of the River Stour. As well as the sites to visit there are plenty of stories including smuggling, which has been rife there throughout history.

Because the weather is so hot we put together an adventure lasting for two hours instead of three. There were the usual photographic challenges and scavenge items to collect and everyone had a great time. After the event they went off to one of the New Forest enclosures for a barbecue.

The result was a relaxed and enjoyable social team building event with some great photos that will add to the long term benefits of the experience.
